Console blank timeout

If you’re annoyed that your console (VT, not some terminal emulator) is
blanking too fast or at all, you have a few options:
1. Per user: insert this into ~/.bashrc (tested with Arch): setterm -blank X
where X is the timeout. A zero value means disable.
2. Insert the same line into /etc/rc.local
3. Add this to the kernel line in GRUB: consoleblank=X, where
X is the timeout and again, zero to disable. Remember to update GRUB
if running GRUB2 2.
